Pros
Lifetime employeement from their HR point of view. Big name in Japan. NTT works everywhere there. 30 days annual leave : 20 + special 10 days for summer and year end, which is quite good compared to other Japanese companies
Cons
If you're non Japanese and smart, it would not take that long to realize your hidden role is to make global atmosphere to your super domestic Japanese colleagues by teaching them English.
