      Pros

      flexi work timing and great work life balance. Great company for employees between 1 to 5 years of experience. The training provided to freshers are invaluable

      Cons

      micro management, poor organizational structure. Join with high pay scale, if not your salary wont increase by much. They do very little to motivate the employees. No fun at work and it is a boring place to work

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
