      Management is very nice , people oriented and good quality technology work . Top class insuranceTPA product built by NTT lot of Learning high growth projects . Client are happy with NTT Data techs. Good Work Life balance.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
