Pros
Good name on your resume. Some good people to work with. Great pay plus bonus.
Cons
Sales have very high demand and you will be working 60-70 hour weeks at the minimum. That's expected from you. High level of stress. If deal is lost they blame you, if won you are the king, but wins are forgotten next day. Every other week you will be expected to work on weekends&nights or even on your vacation to get the stuff done. Short-staffed, so lot's of people get burned out quickly. Think about the money you get in paycheck - that's the only way to survive.
