      Pros

      I would not rate this company any higher than their competitors in the same IT Services and Solutions space. In fact, I would rate some of the other companies like, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant to be more Employee friendly.

      Cons

      They have good policies if you are a Green Card Holder or a USC. Not so great for members of work permit visas. In fact, policies are not transparent for VISA holders. A lot of politics and no consideration good, hard-working employees or employees that have been with the company for a good period of time.

      Loved working here until they sold our dovision.

      They sold our division. Always planned to spend my career here.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
