      Good cultural feel and mindset for entrepreneurial spirit, flexible workplace, open communications. Didata fostered a familial atmosphere for those they considered "on board" and capable

      Management capabilities were mid tier at best and typically immature. Subservient to Cisco. Under invested to realize management plans and ideas, particularly around managed services and consulting. Leadership appointments were seemingly based on personal/ political relationships

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
