Pros

Work from home , salary is comparatively okay, less travel required

Cons

Company dies have good structure in UK,the work environment is toxic, internal politics.everyone in the project feels they are superior and can talk or do anything. Company cannot afford outside recruitment agency or recruitment HR that it takes help of one of existing employees (preferred one working from long time) to hire for same project giving him power that he can do anything in the project No HR ,work place harassment policy in place especially in remote work environment and in UK. Company lacks the credit of being an MNC instead of looks like cheap startup with no values at all. One serious issue is they prefer to hire Indians and that too too much discrimination between north indian and south indian

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.

Pros

- Strong global presence allows for diverse projects, clients, and opportunities - Enabled and encouraged to learn new technologies, use tools, and grow skills - Generally supportive teams and cross collaboration - Great work-life balance in many roles

Cons

- Compensation and raises can be slow, infrequency, and below market - Personal Development review process can be unclear and slow - Processes and decision making around them can feel very outdated, there seems to be a lack of structure and clarity around many HR and business operations areas - Very little employee recognition - Critical benefits information isn’t distributed well and there is zero follow up actions to ensure we have all important access/accounts set up
