      Very Bad bench policy, they put you on notice period if you extend bench period more than a month. Many times the work that you are assigned doesn't align with the skills and experience you have. I joined as a Java Developer and was mostly working on Devops related tasks.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
