Management out of touch with staff. Expectations set on staff are too high with little incentive, reward or recognition. KPI are unachievable Doesn't pay overtime. Little chance of promotion with in company. Management are very clicky. Only focused on P/L Managers don't practice what they preach. Little training provided Employee support is fractured, HR is focussed only siding with management. Toxic enviroment to continually work in. Micromanagement runs rife by middle management. Employee benifits are pointless. Work enviroment can be toxic demoralising.
