      Pros

      Loved working here from 2018-2023.

      Cons

      Politics, restructuring, and nepotism made this place a mess starting in late 2023. I was hoping to make a long career at NTT but the promotion of wholly unqualified individuals and the elimination of critical roles left high performers with impossible workloads, leading many, including myself, to severe burnout.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
