-Well defined onboarding process. Makes you feel welcomed -Lot of smart but humble people to work with -Flat Org culture. You can chat with any leader across orgs if you have a good reason. -Trust employees. Little to no micro management -Pays good. Lot of learning opportunities both work related and non-work realted. -Reimbursement for courses taken on coursera, Udemy etc -Lot of opportunities to do good like charity and social service

Cons

-Career growth can be slow sometimes.
