Pros
Many Silicon Valley tech firms requiring employees to go in to the office. NVIDIA doing a great job of having offices now open but encouraging people to find the right balance of in-office or WFH depending on their family needs and work situation.
Cons
People in the office get more quality time with peers and executives but not sure that can be helped.
