When it comes to salary hikes, they repeat the same excuse of “we can’t afford it,” while at the same time investing in new offices and buildings in cities like Hyderabad—offices that employees hardly even visit for a few days in a month. It’s clear they’re more focused on saving money and filling their own pockets rather than rewarding their people.
