Thank you for your review here on Glassdoor. It is good to see that you have captured some of our core values as "Pros" of Nagarro. I would like to comment on the "Cons" piece. We are growing quite fast (the company has become 4 times the size in the last 5 years). There are some challenges that we can and do pre-plan for, and others which we tackle as we go. Our expansion plans are anything but slow. We have invested in space in Gurgaon to allow for much higher growth. We have acquired two companies so far this year. This is a company which plans to be several times our current size in the next few years.
