Pros

If you are an intern - its a great place to enhance your technology skills and expertise. As complete professional training is provided to the freshers. In terms of work quality, the freshers will learn a lot and preparing best for the future. If you are looking for some company with work life balance, then nagarro is not the right option. Because when you have work - you have work..they are so much dedicated to the clients that the work cannot be compromised and that is how - u learn and get expertise. Overall, good working environment, very cooperative HR. All the employee concerns are taken care of if logical. Good appraisals as well!

Cons

No good for people who are looking for company with work - life balance. Except this, no negative views or experience yet.

Thank you for this detailed feedback. It is great to hear that you are happy at Nagarro. You know, the work-life balance question is something that we can debate continuously - and I wouldn't mind meeting you to do so. You wouldn't be surprised to know that when we do a keyword analysis of all the cons of Nagarro on Glassdoor, "work-life balance" is the biggest negative. What you'd be surprised to know is that when we do the same keyword analysis for all the pros of Nagarro, "work-life balance" is the biggest positive as well. Still, let's maybe discuss this sometime in the office. Thanks again for your review.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
