The nature of our industry is such that from time to time we need to stretch beyond what we would like to. However, at Nagarro, this shouldn't be a norm. Our average working hours across the company are less than 8 hrs a day.
Total dependency on managers is not something that is the intent or part of the culture at Nagarro. Your 'manager' is just someone you work with during a given project, and yes, of course, has some say in your performance measurement. There shouldn't be any more 'dependency' than that. If you are feeling differently, then I suggest that we should meet and discuss.
