Pros
Nagarro was my 1st company and its been 1 year and 10 months since I am associated with them and have no plans of job switch at least for a couple of years. Here are the reasons why - 1) Best increment in the industry. There lowest increment will be far more than the highest increment competitors give. 2) Provides shuttles. 3) Work quality depends on the project you are working on. I am satisfied with my work. 4) Highly approachable management. 5) Provides perks like work from home, gym, sports tournaments like tt, chess, wear pajamas to work fun Fridays etc..
Cons
It has its fair share of problems which the management is making efforts to improve. These are - 1) sometimes a bit adamant transport department which does very little In case you have a problem on allocated route. 2) not all the buildings have equal facilities. For ex my building doesn't have Playstation or boxing bag, and have limited number of tt tables. 3) Provides very few holidays as compared to competitors.
