General review - Anonymous employee Nagarro Employee Review

Dear colleague, thank you for your review on Glassdoor. I think the traffic situation is more or less the same all over Gurgaon for most office locations. But I agree that it can be a challenge, specifically during the rainy season. A lot of our colleagues are working around this by adjusting their office times (coming early and leaving early). And also by working from home on rainy days. On the other hand, we are also working to improve the road and traffic situations around our office by deploying our own traffic marshals. Having said that, the entire city has some way to go in the traffic management area and we all need to work together to address it - Nagarro is always on the forefront of this.
