Dear ex-colleague, thank you for your review. Opening an office in Noida is a request that has been very common from a lot of our existing colleagues. We have held to the belief that we should only open a new center if there is a strong strategic advantage to be gained by doing so. So far, a full-fledged center in Noida hasn't made a strong case for itself. Having said that, for the last 6 months or so, we have been experimenting with a satellite office in Noida. You can choose to work out of the Noida location for 2 or 3 days a week (depending on your team's dynamics) and the rest of the days you work from the Gurgaon office (where the bulk of your team members are).
