Excellent Hike each year - Trainee Technology Nagarro Employee Review

Dear ex-colleague, It is disheartening to see that someone who thinks well of Nagarro is not with us anymore. Maybe our paths will cross again in the future. To your point about how we do training, I agree with you in general. We are always trying different approaches, as you must know. We are currently in the process of completely revamping how we approach training and how to get better outcomes from spending time on the training. On the other hand, scoring in the training tests doesn't have an outcome on project allocation. It hasn't in the past, and it won't in the future.
