Pros

While working in Nagarro you will find that there is perfect balance between your personal and professional life. Timing are very flexible. Work from Home facility is available. Project on latest technologies. One can easily skip the technologies if he will to do so.

Cons

In some project proper documentation is not maintained. Less chance of Onsite if then it will be of very short duration.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. And thank you for pointing out specific things that you like and things you would like to see improved. It is difficult for me to comment on what is the "right amount" of documentation for a project without knowing the context of the project. The onsite opportunity piece is always controversial - in an ideal case, everyone who joined an IT company would immigrate outside India - at Nagarro, we ask our clients to have local Nagarro presence only in cases where it is absolutely required. I don't know if this means that our rate of people going onsite is less or more than other companies, but it is what it is. We also think that we can get better at resource management and have been actively working on it for the past 6 months or so. We are relooking at all aspects of how we assign people to projects considering not only skills but also learnability of skills and aspirations of the people involved. This should get better and better with time. Once again thank you for a detailed review.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
