Dear colleague, thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. With reference to your comment about overtime, it is normal in our line of work to have to stretch every once in a while, and hence there is no overtime framework as such. More often than not, the overtime is also a result of bugs in our work or some other type of rework - and since we don't impose penalties for this there is no reward as well for working a little extra. The average time spent in office when we take all people in Nagarro is close to 8 hours and so there isn't much 'overtime' to begin with. Having said that, we do have frameworks for compensation in place if you are systematically asked to work extra or out of office hours. Thank you, once again, for leaving feedback.
