Pros
- The quality of work. You will get to work on emerging technologies. - No politics at all (at least I can assure up to the Manager level) - Salary is one of the best in the market (but don't compare with Google and Microsoft :-)) - The company is empathetic to employees and even understand their personal problems and help whenever required - You get opportunities to switch between projects and technologies if you are finding your job monotonous
Cons
-If you are a person who just wants to come to the office; work a little and get paid well; then Nagarro is not the place for you. You will have to work in order to prove yourself. Generally, lazy people don't get through the stringent interview process and in case if they do, they don't stay for longer in the company.
