- Very good, caring and empathetic top management - Good learning opportunities - Can get to work on multiple technologies - Good work life balance - Some processes are really good and enhance productivity - Townhall sessions on different themes makes you feel connected with the company
Cons
- Inefficient people in support offices like payroll, travel, accounts, HR. They don't really value others time. - Lack of transparency - Middle management at large (PCEO etc.) is not that good. They don't actually understand agile. - Favoritism, Diplomacy and corporate politics prevail completely at the middle and lower levels, hence work environment is not very good. - Outdated rating system. Individual solely depends on manager's view for his appraisal. Personal relations often impact professional ratings.
