Cons
1. Only Good for Developers (not at all Good for support engineers). Even a best permormer in application support is given a hike lesser than the worst performer in Java development. 2. Vertical AMS (for support) is highly unorganised and mismanaged. 3. No hike in pay on promotion which works well for developers but not for the employees in AMS.
