Pros

1.Good effort to broaden the mindset of employees towards latest market trends ,technologies and business domain. 2.Most of the employees are very good and friendly. 3.Staff like Guard bhaiya are highly friendly.Better than HRs infact. 4.The CEO is very active and is focused on taking the company to higher level.He is always appreciated for making the city a better place to live.

Cons

1.The company sends you the notification of amount of data you have used on internet for website likes Facebook,Youtube (even if you use youtube for study),etc.Even if the consumption is 1Gb/month.If they have so much problem then why don't they block these websites. 2.Mr Manas Flouria even though is a highly intellectual person and I respect him for his initiatives,but he gets into each and every problem of employees and then start to dominate and dictate(Lala Company types ).He believes that all he says is always correct. This looks really bad from such a person.I have told his cases to my friends and after hearing that none were interested to work for Nagarro in future. 3.As usual Food has always remained pathetic .Higher management who is mostly abroad on client trips and eats sometimes in a month find the food very tasty. When we complain then they suggest that if you have problem then you can order from outside.They are not aware of the fact that we don't cannot afford to spend rs 300/day for the lunch.I am sorry for this but this is the truth. 4.Location:Office is situated at the most terrible place of Gurgaon. It is always flooded in rains and in normal days traffic would kill you on the way to office. You have to follow timings of 8-5 otherwise spend extra time in traffic. 5.The company is dominated by Managers.HR is good for nothing. 6.The CEO started to compare the company with TCS, Infosys when it comes to pay packages. He posts such things on Yammer and indirectly indicates us to be prepared for less increments.I am fine with less increments. But he never compares the infrastructure ,work opportunities ,office location choices and all their good things of TCS and infosys.

Thanks for your valuable inputs. To take up one in particular, I would agree I am getting more involved with some individual cases. The fact is I am responsible for organisational design and in a period of dramatic change, one can't be a good org designer without getting involved at the ground level to understand exactly what is going on. But I hear your view and will keep it in mind!

Good health care for US employees

Cons

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
