Dear colleague, thanks for your review on Glassdoor - I wanted to respond to you on a couple of points. Your review says that you have a neutral outlook for the company, I would like to invite you to reach out to me or any other leader in the company to gain insight into where Nagarro is going. You can also watch some of the videos that Manas posts every week. We have a very strong outlook for the company and we would love to share that with you. Regarding pay, we do benchmark our pay with the industry and for a services company like ours, any company our size or bigger, we are among the top quartile for pay scales in the industry. But yeah, perception on what one's salary should be is completely subjective - so I understand why you'd make that statement. Best regards.
