Pros

Nagarro has also been a best place to work, where one can learn and apply things. Not only for freshers even for experienced developers and leads , It always give a glimpse to get to know the current trend of growing technology. I have been working for more than 5 years and I really did not found as such any negative point to the company.

Cons

Though, at first glance it will be avoided or neglected but as a growing organization (Nagarro has crossed the mark of 5000 employee, many congratulations) It should open their offices in Noida too, which will again show that company is growing not in term of number of employee and but as a whole. I always hoped and still do that one day a permanent Noida office (Not satellite one) will be opened.

Dear colleague, thanks for leaving your feedback here - it is great that you could take out the time to do so. About opening an office in Noida, it is something that is always on the cards (which is why we also opened the satellite office, to begin with). However, it also is a function of when it makes sense for us to open that office. There are many things that show that a company is growing (new India offices in Bangalore and Pune (upcoming) and many new offices worldwide). Lack of an office in Noida is not a sign of lack of growth. I am sure we will have that office the day it makes sense to have one. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review here.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
