Dear colleague, thank you for leaving a review here on Glassdoor. Regarding your comment about onsite policy, we tend to handle it the same way we handle any allocation to a project. When there is a need to have a person deployed at a customer location, the RM team looks at the available folks who match the needs and deploys accordingly. These allocations are not based on ratings. If you have questions you should reach out to the HR team and they can explain this to you in detail.
