      1. Programs like level up, webinar helps employee to enhance learning 2. Work life balance. Even in some projects 4-5 hrs work is enough. 3. No hierarchy. can discuss things with upper management directly.

      Cons

      1. Create Pressure on individual to give idea for growing business (thinking breakthrough) 2. flattery is appreciated and that person easily got good hike as well as position, irrespective of talent.

      Dear colleague, Thinking Breakthroughs is not meant to generate pressure, I’m sorry that has been your experience. It’s just meant to prime us all to be innovative and closely connected with the client’s business context. It’s supposed to be fun, not something that needs to be monetarily incentivised.       Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
