Pros
Nagarro is growing and at the same time it is giving plenty of chances for its people to grow. 1. Salary - one of the best pay masters in IT consultancy. Salary structure is very good too. Although do not compare the salary to Google, Amazon etc. 2. Appraisals - Appraisal process is great. You are appraised on the day of your joining unlike some other organisations where appraisal is a fixed cycle and depending upon your date of joining some of your work gets appraised. Now coming to the money part, the appraisal money is good and almost everyone is satisfied with the raises they get. 3. People - Your coworkers at Nagarro are not only good technology / quality / process / business enthusiasts but good human beings. 4. Hardware - A software company runs on hardware (laptops, desktops, servers). In Nagarro you always get top of the line assets and they are periodically upgraded as a process. 5. Work - The work is diversified into multiple domains and you seldom find any projects that are a drag. Almost everyone is working on new technologies and solving the problems that matter. 6. WLB - It is great but since we are customer-centric when we have to work the nights we do. The good thing is that when staying back or weekend working is required the whole team is there.
Cons
1. Support processes such as payroll, admin, hr, resource management still need some work although they are much better than they were two years ago. 2. Leaves: You get lesser earned, casual and sick leaves than other organizations. Also the organization always robs its employees of 2-3 public holidays by declaring them as flexible holidays. It does not hurt a lot but still pinches.
