      Pros

      Nagarro Provides an excellent working option in NCR region. There are many employee centric policies and are really good. 1. Office amenities and workstations are excellent. 2. Employee Care is given utmost importance. 3. Good projects (depends upon individual experience) 4. Employee Benefits are much above the established IT services company. 5. Company Management is easily approachable.

      Cons

      Office is spread across multiple buildings in Gurgaon.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
