Pros

1. Work life balance getting better 2. Technology training/focus on learning 3. Good Growth in terms of employee count and offices worldwide

Cons

1. Infrastructure Issues - Multiple buildings, poor transport to commute between buildings, Parking is a big headache due to multiple small buildings, there are always complains about cafeteria and food. 2. Growth and Opportunities - If you heard Nagarro is one of the best paymasters, long gone are those days, people are getting better increments in companies like TCS/Infosys/HCL. For promotions you have to go through assignments and interviews which can sometimes be so unreasonable that you would rather get a job with another company with less effort. 3. Work Quality and Opportunities - There are hardly any good projects since overall focus is only to increase returns by doing any kind of projects, maintenance projects, support projects at client locations, many of the accounts has outdated technologies like WinForms/WebForms etc. 4. Getting Projects - This is single biggest and most important pain point due to which many new joiners leave the organization in first few months. So the Guy thinks he can get the job of project assignment(and many more) done by computers instead of humans. You upload your skill-set in a central database and then get projects assigned by auto matching of skill to project needs so don't be surprised if you are a .NET developer but get a project on SharePoint since you had C# in your skill set, then get into frustrating cycles of trying to explain the same to HR but like they really understand technology. Once you are stuck in a wrong project according to policies you can't even request a project change before 3 years. 5. Increments and Transparency - Your manager provides you one liner feedback as official way of reviewing your performance and then they secretly fill in your ratings which are never shared with you, yes its the official process and it is done to improve transparency(people still wonder how it improves transparency, it does make manager's job easy since they can give you all the good words in the feedback but still can do all the dirty work in secret ratings). When you get an increment way below then your expectations you don't have any basis to discuss with HR since you don't what ratings your manager filled in and HR says its as per ratings given by your manager. 6. Policies are not Employee friendly - If you work both days on weekend you get one off if you get only one day over weekend you get nothing. That's one example but many of the policies are like this, you will at times feel like working for some cheap company who is trying to save every possible penny by doing stuff as stupid as removing dustbins from cubical, its really annoying at times. 7. Rapid Growth/Increasing employee count - Do consider the reasoning of large number of hiring or job openings, its not always because there are lot of opportunities, its also because a lot of employees are leaving organization this includes both new and very old employees. 8. Equal Opportunity? - Nagarro is very well known to be biased towards people who started with Nagarro, this is not a very prominent case now but with people who are into positions only due to the fact that they were there before you is not very motivating. 9. Social Nonsense instead of improvements on core areas - a lot of fuss is around participating in social cause and stuff all to promote organization and gain popularity while the same energy could have been channeled on improving the core infrastructure. Leaves: Nagarro probably has least number of leaves compared to any organization another example of unfriendly policies, just check their holiday calendar if you can most of the leaves are the ones falling on weekdays and then there are flexi holidays(which your manager can make very difficult to get) just to meet the minimum number of leaves.

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
