      Work life balance, good salary and annual increment, flexible timing, work culture, gym, job security, work from home policy, chance to upgrade your skill set, training session, open door policy ( you can discuss your issues even with highest level)

      Cons

      Location of building, parking space problem ( for folks who are working in 11-8 shift ), on-site ( it's depend on project), tough hiring process and project assignment.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
