Company will help you to be a good politician.

1 Employees who come here from renowned companies or premiere institute cannot survive here for more than a couple of months. Company managers are blood suckers and most of them are old Nagarro Employees. 2 Nagarro is ranked #1 IN HR but HR department (Specially Attendance and Admin) dont have any manners of how to talk employees. Their only motive is to convince the employee and close their issue without taking any action. 2. If you stay late night and able to come on weekend then only you are a good employee. 3. Person who cannot even pass Nagarro University exam after so many attempts do code reviews and give you rating as low as possible in case, if you argue and prove your knowledge in front of him. 4. Mostly old employees are their diamonds even if they don't know how to code. 5. More emphasis is given on delivery of project and not on the code quality. 6. Hikes/ Appraisal totally depends upon the relationship you maintain with your boss. Apart from that, employees in some technologies (JAVA /Ruby Rails) are treated as angels because those projects makes good business. Other Technologies like (Sharepoint/Window WPF) people are suffering from their bad luck to be in this technology. Some WPF people are still on bench and nagarro is forcefully shifting them on web technology. A person cannot make his/her choice to be in a specific technology if he/she does not belongs to(JAVA /Ruby Rails). 7. Silent Firing.

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
