      Pros

      Everyone (Each Dept) is Agile and always ready to help. Good compensations specially for development & Architect profiles.

      Cons

      They are working as a consultancy firm in many project and if join as a developer they will send to you at client side (Staff Augg). If you are joining as a Manager (Delivery), they are expecting you to sales work and expecting from you to bring projects. Basically no separate sales/ engagement managers are available. 3) Some Policies are made without brainstorming. 4) Too Much micromanagement from Directors.

      Good health care for US employees

      1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
