      - Yearly monetary growth without any hassle that is good compared to other companies - Appraisals and promotions are almost hassle specially at junior levels

      Cons

      - Work culture can be improved, the interaction between management and people working at leaf level is scarce - Culture of Rewards and Recognition is not there, the only Reward is the appraisal - Managers are not concerned and in touch with the growth of the people working under them, the responsibility then lies with individual and HR

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
