I couldn't find any as I was with Nagarro for a very short time
Cons
I joined it just before Covid and was put on bench . I was told that I have to give client interviews before joining project. I waited and waited but didn't get even a single call during my tenure of 6 months. I completed 2 assignments within organisation just to prove my experience for the tech stack , I was hired for. Nagarro was very tactical about its firing. - They did salary cuts for the employees saying that they won't be doing any firing. - On the backend, they started firing in chunks, in smaller groups. It may be a good organisation for some people , but for me and other people like me experience has been bad. I have seen various people going through this phase last year at Nagarro. They were doing firing even in October last year.
