1. the worst culture is very bad People constantly try to pull you back no documentation or guidance or knowledge transfer for new joiners. hierarchical and bossy attitude from colleagues and manager They don't want to even listen to the issues faced by employees They treat new joinees like some kind of idiots and as if these people know everything. I had an introduction session with the team and the people started taking my interview even though i was recruited after i had cleared all the rounds of interview.. Worst company to join. I had the worst experience during interview as well. Even though the tests are all valid for a duration of time the HR will ask to take it immediately at their convenience even if we are busy with some work or sick or had some personal emergency. I had to take the test but it got delayed by few hours as I had an accident that day and the HR called me and started yelling at me on the phone right when i was at the hospital taking treatment. Don't get fooled by their package or false promises. Never join this company.
