1 Upper management is advanced and very encouraging but middle management are lacking skills and no idea on how to manage. 2. Yearly appraisal on the same date as you joined. 3. Only fixed pay .
Cons
1.Nagarro market itself as Non hierarchical but it is hierarchical in all sense 2.Mba folks are not treated for their skills and education. It is just your years of experience that matters whether you are coming from any background. Never accept any designation below your expectations. 3.Managers can call you anytime and most likely it happens that you are working from morning to late evening 4.Company is talking about employee concern but they deducted salary in covid and fired many people in 2020 4. They give 3 covid leaves which you can't exercise because you are occupied with project work. 5 . Appraisal is shiffted by 6 months for current employees but company have budget to hire from market and increase headcount. 6. No team party , engagement ,appreciation or recognition. Only dearones are getting acknowledged. 7. Promotion within company involves 3-4 rounds including interview with some folks who are coming from a background which is not same as your background. 8. No hikes on promotions. 9. You will be working with inexperienced middle management . 10. No direct funding for certification, you need approval and business case for any certification.
