      Pros

      I have been working in Nagarro from last 2 years and I found that its a decent company to work in. provides gud salary HR dept is supportive Appraisal is gud if u r on project. This is a common practice across the industry. gets chance to learn new technology

      Cons

      Infra need to be improved. When first time I visited the office, it was a disappointment to see. But company is working on it.

      Thank you for leaving a review for Nagarro. I am happy to see that we are able to provide a good environment for you to work in. But as you mentioned, there are areas to improve and we are working hard on them. From an infrastructure perspective, every new building we add, we improve tremendously. We were a small company which is growing up very fast. So, somethings have some catching up to do. But you will see that in the next couple of years, we will more than catch up. In the meantime, if there are specific areas of improvement that you feel strongly about, I recommend that you reach out to our admin group or even the senior management. It will only help us if you do. Thanks once again.

      1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
