Offers work on Good technology. Has a good infrastructure. Offers salary above average, better than peers.

Cons

Appraisals are biased. Does not try to retain employees. work culture is not that in some of projects. even though project is doing good, still useless pressure is maintained.

Thank you for leaving a review on glassdoor. Let me try to reply to some of the cons that you have listed since I agree with all the pros. You mention that the appraisals are biased - sometimes it may seem so. This can happen because to us, the employees, not all information is visible. As an organization, we are trying to make this process more transparent and objective. The latest version of the appraisal and feedback system is a step in that direction. Our goal is to have a system in which every employee knows exactly why did they get the specific appraisal (or why not). It is disturbing when our colleagues feel that we are not trying to retain good employees. We put in a lot of effort in hiring good people, and so we do our best to retain these people as well. HR even keeps in contact with people who leave us and a lot of them re-join. I said, we do our best, but that doesn't mean that we cannot do better. I recommend that you reach out to HR or senior management to discuss any ideas that you have or cases where you felt that we could have done better. You should feel absolutely free to reach out to management or HR to discuss any challenges that you are facing. We really care about making sure that we provide a great work environment.

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
