Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. I am happy to see that you have a positive outlook towards Nagarro. However, at the same time, you have chosen to "Not Recommend" Nagarro and also you "Disapprove of the CEO". I hope that we can work together to address whatever reservations you have, so that your next review is a 5 star review where you at least recommend us to everyone else, and also come to see that the CEO is not so bad.
In order to do so, let me first address some of the cons that you have reported. Based on a lot of feedback, over the last couple of months we have been aligning out CTC structure to industry best practices. We have now finalized and addressed most of the reported issues in the CTC structure and changes will begin to rollout soon - lookout for an announcement from HR in this regard within the next 2-3 weeks.
Regarding work pressure and late stays, this can happen once in a while due to crises in projects. However, this shouldn't happen consistently. If this is happening, then you should talk to your project leadership to understand what is going on in the project and what are the reasons for consistent long hours.
I am not entirely sure what you meant by "long term" as a con. If it refers to long term prospects at Nagarro, then I would like to say that they are very good. Nagarro is in one of its most exciting phases, growing fast and designing for scale. It is definitely a place that you want to be at.
I would recommend that you reach out to senior management or HR to address any concerns that you have. It helps us a lot when people have constructive feedback which we can then take steps on. And thank you again for the review.
