Let me thank you for posting such a detailed review. This is the kind of review that gives us the best feedback.
I, of course, agree with all the Pros that you have listed. We have these and many more.
For the cons, we did have a rather unpopular salary structure in the past, but based on the feedback received, we have changed it. The new structure will be rolling out in phases throughout the next 2-3 quarters. You should hear an announcement about it soon enough.
I can't comment on there being unskilled managers except that your perception may be due to characterization of an entire group based on interaction with one or two. We have some of the best people around and I can't agree that in general we have people who are not skilled.
Finally, I can't stress enough that your advice to management is exactly what the management believes in. The processes are not meant to curtail anyone - if a process becomes that then it has to be re-designed.
I assure you that you will continue to see a lot of improvement in this area but in the meantime I urge you to reach out to me so that we can discuss which parts of Nagarro you feel are designed to curtail people.
