      onboarding process is smooth and work culture is good

      Cons

      Project allocation is worst, you will be assigned to random project with the legacy technologies, there is TAP system which will assign u in any project and they say it, project is assigned to yours skill, higher management is worst once you ask release they degrade your rating and escalate to HR, leaving in 6 month and many of my team mates also leaving

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
