Pros
I joined nagarro with high hopes. undoubtedly they are the best in technlogy and you can learn and groom at a rapid pace. But the pressure they'd put on you would seem like exploitation. You are paid much less than you are used. they'd swing you from one team to another irrespective of your tech stack. From Java to C, and Python to SQL. Imagine doing this after 5-6 years of experience! And promotion assignments are worst. What's the point of giving case study when you're goin to promote only your favourites? And since it is service based, if ur client is super rude, which most clients are. They'd never take stand for you. They'l ask you to tolerate client's rude behaviour.
Cons
Tech-wise its fine but stop pressurising employees. it is taking toll on mental health. you have no idea. u tlk about caring but you have no iea what being caring is abt. i never wished to leave nagarro but all the politics forced me..
