Let me assure you, Nagarro is going places and is likely one of the best IT services company in India to be in (not just for starting your career, but also to take it a long way). We are working very hard to make this the best company to work for. Let me quickly address your concerns. We do actually offer better than most companies when recruiting at the entrance level. Also, the rise in pay is much faster even if some other companies offer higher salaries to begin with. Your point about different colleges getting different pays, that is pretty much the norm across the industry. Students from some colleges demand a higher salary and that is the way it is. Having said this, once you are in, your future compensation is strongly a function of how good you are and the college advantage doesn't carry very far. I am not sure what you mean about fun@work results - we are usually very transparent about these things. If there is something particular that you would like to point out, I recommend that you reach out to HR or to me to discuss it. And a quick note, project allocation is not done randomly at all. There are several factors considered (skill set, type of project, experience, etc.) in order to allocate people to their projects. Once again, thank you for taking the time to review Nagarro.
