-Differentiation between a testing resource and dev resource in pakages & Hikes - Don't be surprised if a dev who's getting below average rating gets a better hike then a QA getting with an Outstanding rating, which is very dishearting for a QA.

- HR policies are not transparent & can be moulded for companies benefits.
- ERP(Employee referral policy) is just a waste , no chance your friend would get selected if you send the CV to ERP team(You have a better chance if you directly send the CV to the HR)
