TAP Project allocation via TAP is waste of time and energy in both side . Hiring people on base of skill and not Project based is the biggest problem here. Till now from the time I applied at Nagarro I have given around 15 interviews. If you are lazy and want to prepare for interviews this is best place. You have to give multiple rounds to get project each time your project changes is like yo are changing organization each time. They call it with fancy name like interaction ,project fitment etc. but in the end it is just another technical interview to satisfy ego of few members in the team who jus ask few questions make judgement on you if you can work on project or not. This is just broker organization who prepare you for interview and send you to give interviews to the client and if you could not clear ,again same thing over and over again . I rarely saw a project there where they are having whole ownership of everything.
