Work-life balance over an year is probably the same across the board - and not related to the BU you are in. Long hours are totally a function of transient project challenges. Overall, less than 5% of the total Nagarro workforce in India spends more than 50 hours in the office in a week. From a metro connectivity perspective, we do run a shuttle service to and from the metro station - morning and evening. You should talk to GMG to find out about it. In fact we are starting a shuttle service also from Dwarka metro station. We are also working with Rapid Metro to come up with solutions to improve last mile connectivity between metro and Udyog Vihar. Increasing the use of public transportation is an important initiative for Nagarro as part of its commitment to make Gurgaon better. Thanks again for taking the time to post this review.
